Alan "Quartermaine" Kirkland has been a professional field archaeologist since the 1980s, and has worked in several regions of the United States and abroad.  Broad-ranging research interests and divers field experience in many challenging environments have coupled to give him a unique perspective on cultural resource assessment.  With skills encompassing the traditional and new digital technologies, he produces results that reflect the influences of both the current theoretical trends and solid classical background.  Passions in technical rendition and photography enrich the quality of data recording, and bring to the client the highest possible standards in data recovery.
